Food

So…. I’ve been following a blog called Stonesoup from Australia for the last little while.  Jules is all about 5 ingredients or less to make a dish, so I’ve been trying this out every once in a while.  I’ve been pleasantly surprised by a lot of the recipes.  Anywho, here is the link and a few pictures of my attempts.

March 8th:

White kidney bean, tomato and spinach soup

can of white kidney beans
can of pasta sauce
fresh spinach

Add water, mix and serve!

bean sprout and avocado salad

box of beansprouts
1 avocado
splash of mirin
splash of lemon
splash of soy sauce

March 9th

Tripolini pasta and ground beef tomato sauce

sauce:

can of diced tomatoes
basil pesto made last summer and frozen
some ground beef
salt and pepper to taste!

YUM!
