We’ve officially started the 2010 crush. We pressed about a tonne of grapes yesterday and expect to keep on going for the next 2 days. So we crushed Ortega yesterday and that’s what we will be crushing today, then we move onto the Jimmy K (so the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris). Then we are waiting again for the reds to ripen up. It looks like we might dry up a bit so here’s hoping for more sun! Camera comes home today I think so yay pictures!
