Well, we’ve done it mostly. All the grapes have been harvested and most have been pressed but all have been started. The bad thing is that we’ve had a fruit fly explosion in the winery. It is the most frustrating thing to try and get rid of them. Short of fumigating the winery we’ve set out traps, vacuum every day and we have fly strips all over the place. Luckily they can’t get into the tanks so we’re ok for now. It’s the warm wet weather we’ve had for the last few days. It all helps contribute to them I would say.
